We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes — but is not limited to — eye masks, pillowcases, and skincare-contact tools.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost upon verification.
Refunds are not issued for delays, change of mind, or dissatisfaction.
Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Ef varan berst skemmd eða gölluð, verður hún endursend án endurgjalds eftir staðfestingu.
Endurgreiðslur eru ekki veittar vegna seinkana eða skoðanamunar.
